Allow me to share my story. . .
After becoming a mother, I quickly realized that postpartum healing was about so much more than just “bouncing back.” I faced the physical challenges—weakness, pelvic floor issues, exhaustion—but also the deep emotional waves that no one really warns you about.
As a physical therapist assistant and wellness expert, I thought I had the tools—but nothing could fully prepare me for the raw, vulnerable transformation that motherhood brings. I had to relearn how to care for my body with gentleness, trust my intuition, and prioritize my healing without guilt.


Through that process, I discovered the power of holistic healing—using movement, nourishment, breathwork, mindset shifts, and community to rebuild not just my body, but my spirit.
